People walk into the RDC process unprepared every day — and then wonder why their case stalls. Here is exactly what you need for each track:

For Conciliation: Valid Ejari-registered tenancy contract Copy of Emirates ID of both parties Proof of rent payments or non-payment (bank statements, cheque copies) Any written communication between landlord and tenant (WhatsApp, email, letters) For maintenance disputes — photos, inspection reports, repair quotes All documents in Arabic or with certified MOJ-approved Arabic translation

For First Instance Litigation (in addition to the above): Full evidence file organised by claim type Formal eviction notice (served by notary public or registered mail — email and WhatsApp notices are routinely rejected by the RDC at this stage) Expert witness reports for property damage or structural disputes Any previous RDC conciliation session records and outcome documentation Power of attorney if a representative is filing or attending on your behalf All foreign documents with full MOFA attestation and MOJ-approved Arabic translation
